This session will help you grow in faith as you see God do amazing things in your life and work in the coming months.

A very valuable aspect of your participation in an Edge Mentoring Group is that the program is designed to help you establish monthly and annual goals. Participation also helps hold you accountable to accomplishing personal, professional and spiritual goals.

We are all familiar with the importance of setting goals. A Goal is something you can set and accomplish with hard work and focused effort, but Edge is different. You will be challenged to set different kinds of goals - BHAGS Big Hairy Audacious God-sized Goals. BHAGs require a supernatural act of God in order to happen. A BHAG does not depend upon your work ethic, you figuring out how to do something or putting a plan in place to make it happen. When a BHAG comes true, God and God alone gets the credit and glory for it.

At the beginning of each new 12-month cycle of a Edge Mentoring Group, members set their BHAGs for the next 12 months, along with the top three to five personal, business & spiritual goals they want to focus on for the next year.

Every Christian leader must overcome the temptation to allow fear to overtake them.

In this session, Roundtable members are guided through seven ways that fear can negatively impact them in leading others at their business/organization.

Members also identify current issues and challenges they are facing. They develop a plan to defeat the impact of fear in the situation.
