Process To Be Approved As A Mentee (Member) In EDGE:

• Prospective Mentee must complete all required informaiton in the "Apply to be a member" link
• Upon completion of application by prospective Mentee, EDGE team will review the application to determine if there appears to be a good fit between EDGE and prospective Mentee
• If there appears to be a good potential fit, EDGE team contacts prospective Mentee for a personal interview and to go over Terms/Conditions/Expectations of EDGE program
• If approved as a Mentee, EDGE team introduces an assigned Mentor to the new Mentee

Special Note: There are two ways for new Mentees to beadded to the EDGE program- (1) when a totally new EDGE Group is being formed, and (2) when there is an opening in a current EDGE Group. Due to the popularity of the model, it is very common for our EDGE groups to be full- so there may be a "Waiting List" from time to time to join a group.

** The normal timeline from Application to approval to being placed with a Mentor averages 3 to 4 weeks.

• Once approved as a Mentor, EDGE team introduces assigned Mentee(s) to the new Mentor

Special Note: Mentors may be assigned Mentees into their group and/or may bring existing relationships into the program as Mentees.
