The first thing that must happen for a Truth@Work Roundtable Group to be established in a new area is for a group leader/facilitator to be identified and trained to run the program.
There are two types of certified facilitators for the Truth@Work proprietary Christian Roundtable Group program. The Chapter President and The Ambassador.
The Chapter President
Chapter Presidents are independent licensed contractors who are certified to market, build, promote, and facilitate the Truth@Work products, programs, and services without geographic limitation .
There are two levels of Chapter President Certification:
Level 1 Certification is designed for someone primarily seeking a suite of "turn-key" marketplace ministry programs and services to minister to Christian business owners, executives, and marketplace leaders in their community. Level 1 Chapter Presidents are certified to build and facilitate Small Business Roundtables, which are 3 hour monthly groups designed for sole proprietors, start ups, and very small businesses, church based roundtable groups, and may also facilitate all Truth@Work seminars, workshops, and materials for churches.
Level 2 Certification is designed only for successful and proven high impact leaders who are seeking not only a marketplace ministry platform, but the opportunity to earn a substantial part-time or full-time income while mentoring and coaching influential and successful Christian business owners and executives. Level 2 Chapter Presidents are certified to offer all Level 1 programs, the 4-hour monthly roundtable group for Established Enterprises, as well as provide executive/personal coaching to those roundtable members.
Christian Roundtable Groups are offered in several formats:
1. Established Enterprise Group- for owners/leaders of larger larger
companies to meet with a group of their peers. (4 hour monthly meeting)
2. Small Business Owner Group- 3 hour monthly meeting for small business
owners and sole proprietors to meet with others at a similar stage in
business.
3. Executive Roundtable Group- 3 hour monthly meeting of key leader and
executives from either different companies or same organization.
4. Church Based Roundtable Group- 3 hour monthly meeting for small
business owners and sole proprietors within the same local church body.
5. EDGE Mentoring Group- virtual roundtable group comprised of
emerging Christian business and marketplace leaders who are "under 30"
and who are led by a specially trained seasoned mentor.
Chapter Presidents must feel a calling of the Lord to equip today's Christian business leaders, and must complete Truth@Work's5 Step Certification Process. To apply as a Chapter President, visit the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page.

The Ambassador
Roundtable Ambassadors are approved to market, build, promote and facilitate the Truth@Work Christian Roundtable Group only within their local church - leveraging the Truth@Work online content portal, but are NOT certified to earn an income while doing so. Ambassador led groups are designed to serve start-up and sole proprietor businesses and small organizations, who would otherwise not qualify to participate in the Established Enterprises model led by Chapter Presidents.
Ambassadors are required to complete and go through an online application process. They must be endorsed by their chruch pastoral leadership, and approved by Truth@Work prior to completing the required initial Ambassador training.
