As a Chapter President, Steve is responsible for facilitating the Truth@Work Programs throughout New Jersey (North, Central and South). Steve believes that as Christian Business Leaders, we need to be that beacon of light in a dark world. As servant leaders, our daily walk needs to be in complete alignment with our Lord and Saviour, so others may see Jesus through our actions, attitude and words in a real and practical way. Our example just may be the only Bible that some people read!
For more than 20 years, Steve has been assisting corporations, businesses, and organizations achieve extraordinary results. Since May 2008, Steve has been the President of V2 Management Services, which operates a Business Coaching Franchise throughout New Jersey. His firm concentrates on increasing profitability and driving efficiencies through implementing processes and systems within small and medium size companies across multiple industries. Steve is also the Founder and President of the Victory Executive Group, LLC, which mentors executives from a strategic perspective to enhance their leadership and management competencies with a focus on corporate and commercial strategy.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Steve worked 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he developed and honed his skills in general management and business leadership. He specialized in strategic marketing, sales, business development, strategic partnerships, brand management and the development of high performance teams. As a senior marketing executive, he led a profitable business unit that generated $250 million and delivered a 59% increase in net sales within 3 years and in less than 4 years, Steve led the growth of a pharmaceutical brand which achieved more than $500 million annually in a highly competitive market.
Prior to his corporate career, Steve was a coach and educator at the college level, where he developed his abilities to effectively assess, coach, teach and inspire individuals to establish, attain and exceed their goals.
Steve is currently leads the North Jersey Chapter of the Kingdom Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Terrill Road Baptist Church in Scotch Plains, NJ where he currently serves as a Deacon, leads the Finance Team and has recently completed his service as Trustee.
Steve is a graduate of Norwich University, Military College of Vermont in Northfield, Vermont where he earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. He has completed executive management programs at Harvard and INSEAD University (Fontainebleau, France)
Steve resides in Clark, New Jersey with his beautiful wife and best friend, Gina and their twin daughters. They enjoy investing quality time together as a family by enjoying family vacations and being actively involved in their children’s activities.
