Patty Sadallah
Chapter President
Patty Sadallah brings nearly 3 decades of professional coaching and consulting to the Truth@Work team of Chapter Presidents, and she is so excited to combine her business expertise with her passion for equipping Christian business leaders to have tremendous impact on the marketplace for the Lord.
Patty has 29 years experience as an organization development consultant and executive coach, trainer and facilitator. She has a Masters of Organizational Development from American University and Bachelors of Organizational Communication from Ohio University. She calls herself the Dream Partner Catalyst because she comes along side small businesses and nonprofits and faith-based organizations and helps move them toward their dream visions. She has been an independent business owner three times and was recently the President/Founder of the Redwood Sisterhood, an international women's support community for business owners. She can be called upon to help with strategic planning, strategic marketing, branding and internet based marketing, sales, collaborative planning and culture integration after a merger.
She was saved at the age of 20 and is pleased to be able to serve the Lord with her gifts as a Chapter President in the Cleveland/Akron Ohio areas. It is her passion and mission to have Jesus be the CEO of her business and life and she likes to challenge Christian business and faith based leaders to do the same.
Patty is married to George for 24 years and has three lovely daughters, Jamael, Leah and Noelle. Her mother-in-law Jennie lives with them in North Royalton, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
