In order to maximize value and for a richer monthly roundtable experience,
Truth@Work offers several models/formats to insure that the groups are
comprised of a "true peer" environment. Additionally, each format features
unique content and curriculum specific for the issues and challenges facing
the participants in each format.
Christian Roundtable Models/Formats:
1. Established Enterprise Group- for owners/leaders of larger
companies to meet with a group of their peers. (4 hour monthly meeting)
2. Small Business Owner Group- 3 hour monthly meeting for small business
owners and sole proprietors to meet with others at a similar stage in
business.
3. Executive Roundtable Group- 3 hour monthly meeting of key leader and
executives from either different companies or same organization.
4. Church Based Roundtable Group- 3 hour monthly meeting for small
business owners and sole proprietors within the same local church body.
5. EDGE Mentoring Group- virtual roundtable group comprised of
emerging Christian business and marketplace leaders who are "under 30"
and who are led by a specially trained seasoned mentor.
