FAQ's about Truth@Work Facilitators of the Christian Roundtable Groups
Q: Who is an ideal candidate to facilitate the program? A: The ideal candidate generally fits one or more of the following categories:
-
A current Truth@Work group member - a "product of the product"
-
A seasoned Christian business leader who feels called to share their substantial business and leadership experience with other Christian business leaders
-
A retired or semi-retired local business owner interested in doing something part-time or full-time, someone wanting to leverage his/her business experience in a real Christian ministry environment
Q: What is the role of the facilitator?
A: The facilitator (Chapter President or Ambassador) has completed a thorough training program where he/she has been equipped to facilitate the monthly roundtable group program with excellence. The facilitator is NOT the expert, and we do not want them to be. We are not concerned that the facilitator does not have answers for all the questions/issues posed in the monthly roundtable meetings, nor should they necessarily be expected to have significant experience in every area of business.
The facilitator should be skilled at integrating Biblical truths and principles into the discussions that take place in every meeting. Their role is to moderate the meetings, follow the proven model, engage EVERY participant in EVERY meeting, and offer support, encouragement, and accountability.
Q: How do you identify your local Chapter Presidents/Ambassadors? A: We have a very thorough process to identify and train our local Chapter Presidents and Ambassadors. Prior to being certified as one of our Chapter Presidents or Ambassadors, an individual must complete the following steps:

-

-
Enter a period of discernment: pray, seek Godly counsel to confirm this is right for you (talk with spouse, pastor, trusted advisors, Truth@Work staff and other Chapter Presidents and/or Ambassadors)
-
Complete and submit a detailed Chapter President/Ambassador Application and Agreement Contract that includes:
-
Personal references
-
A detailed personal testimony of their faith journey in Christ
-
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in leadership
-
A written endorsement from his/her pastor
-
If married, submit written endorsement from his/her spouse indicating the spouse's support of his/her leadership position with Truth@Work

Q: Are there different types of facilitators? A: Yes. There are two types of certified facilitators for the Truth@Work proprietary Christian Roundtable Group program. They are Chapter Presidents and Ambassadors.
Chapter Presidents and Ambassadors are required to complete and go through an online application process. They must be approved prior to attending the required initial training at the Truth@Work Corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. They are eligible to utilize all approved Truth@Work marketing promotional materials and programs. Being certified with Truth@Work, they are allowed to build and facilitate the proprietary monthly Christian Roundtable Group program.
Chapter Presidents are independent licensed agents, and are certified to market, build, promote, and facilitate the Truth@Work Christian Roundtable Group program. They can leverage the Truth@Work online content portal and earn a part-time or full-time income while doing so.
Ambassadors are approved to market, build, promote and facilitate the Truth@Work Christian Business Roundtable Group program leveraging the Truth@Work online content portal, but are NOT certified to earn an income while doing so.
