Process of Becoming a Truth@Work Chapter President
Truth@Work believes that Chapter Presidents are the heart and soul of our members experience with a Christian Business Roundtable Group. Chapter Presidents are the coaches, the mentors and encouragers of each group. They offer a safe and confidential relationship for members to process their fears, challenges and opportunities.
They put their years of experience to use as a "leader of leaders." They are eternally focused professionals who are called to help build and equip "Kingdom Minded" Christian business leaders.
Truth@Work is seeking Chapter Presidents to build its proven Christian business model, both locally and nationally. We are looking for seasoned Christian leaders with substantial business and leadership experience to facilitate Christian Business Roundtable Groups.
The Truth@Work Christian Business Roundtable Group program is a highly structured and proven business model where 8 – 15 like-minded Christian entrepreneurs, business owners and executives come together monthly. They share ideas on how to grow and lead their businesses based on Biblical principles & practices.
Qualities of a Truth@Work Chapter President: To qualify as a Chapter President, candidates are prayerfully measured on the following criteria:

Experience as a business owner, President, company CEO or other "C" Level executive role

The ability to apply, integrate, and share Biblical principles in solving real business problems and challenges

Christ-like humility

A passion and calling to equip Christians in business to leverage the marketplace as a mission field

Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills

A professional presence to effectively interact with highly performing CEOs and Business Owners

The skill and resolve to hold Roundtable group members accountable to grow personally, spiritually and professionally

The desire and ability to recruit, enroll, build, facilitate and nurture one to four Truth@Work Roundtable Groups with 8-12 members each

Interest in earning a strong part-time or full-time income as an independent licensed agent of Truth@Work Truth@Work has a very thorough process to identify and train Chapter Presidents. The following is the process of becoming a Chapter President:

Research and learn about Truth@Work (website, members, other Chapter Presidents)

Complete online Qualification/Interest form

Contact Truth@Work for an initial qualification interview

Attend a Truth@Work Christian Business Roundtable Group meeting in Indianapolis or another local chapter near you

Enter a period of discernment: pray, seek Godly counsel to confirm this is right for you (talk with spouse, pastor, trusted advisors, Truth@Work staff and other Chapter Presidents)

Complete and submit a Chapter President application and agreement contract

Upon approval by Truth@Work, attend a 2-day training in Indianapolis or other location

Become a licensed agent with Truth@Work

Launch and facilitate roundtable groups with excellence

As an independent licensed agent with Truth@Work, you have the opportunity to utilize our proven innovative products, programs and services. You are approved to market, build, promote and facilitate the proprietary Christian Business Roundtable Group model in your community. You can also leverage the Truth@Work online content portal.
